Remember - the quality of your photos is crucial to your rug design. Be sure to refer to our guidelines below:

1. Lighting: Make sure your photos are taken in a well-lit area or natural light environment (not in the shadows).

2. Posing: Take photos of your pet at eye level. Make sure your entire face and neck are visible in the photo. It's best if your pet is looking directly at the camera.

3. Quality: Make sure your photos are high resolution and not blurry. Close-up photos work best because we can see their unique facial features.

4. Color: Since we do our best to match the color of your photo, please be sure to double-check the color of your photo before submitting it to us.
