How to customize

Custom Song - In most cases we just need the name of the song and the name of the artist. If you have an MP3 file of the song, please email it to our customer service email address with your order number and last name in the subject line.

Customize with voice messages - You can easily record voice messages on your phone using a voice memo or voice recorder app. You can also use the video recording feature if that's more convenient. Please email the file to our customer service email address and include your order number and last name in the subject line.
